I’ve tried all the David bar flavors. I would say they are decent for a protein bar. My rating: 7.5/10.
I just had PRP in my upper hamstring tendon about 5-6 weeks ago and it has made a tremendous difference!! So if you have to have it done, I’ve had great success. And I know multiple friends who’ve had it done (to their Achilles) with great results! Just stinks to have to pay OOP.

I am thrilled I will get to run the @bostonmarathon with my mom next year!! She ran her first with me in 2013 and we were minutes finished when the bombing occurred. We hadn’t been able to go back since, but this year we decided it was time. Time to make new & better memories! 🦄
