Care.
Care about being the best coach you can.
Care about your athletes success.
Care beyond your sport, go to the school musical and band concert.
Most importantly, care about them as people.
Celebrate everyone's successes, in running and beyond.
Have fun.
I am thrilled I will get to run the @bostonmarathon with my mom next year!! She ran her first with me in 2013 and we were minutes finished when the bombing occurred. We hadn’t been able to go back since, but this year we decided it was time. Time to make new & better memories! 🦄

COURSE RECORD WATCH: Katie Schide 🇺🇸 through Bertone in 10:08:34, the fastest split in course history, and the third fastest ascent to Bertone ever, only behind both @courtdauwalter in 2021 and 2023.
She's up on Courtney's 2021 record time by 51 minutes. #UTMB #UTMB2024

RECORD ALERT: David Roche finishes the 2024 #LT100 #Leadville100 in 15:26:34, 16 minutes faster than the all-time course record set by Matt Carpenter in 2005.
This is one of the (if not THE) greatest 100-mile debut results of all time.

50.37.... over hurdles.
That's just insane.
No way to describe what Sydney McGlaughlin-Levrone has done.
How good is that?
While running over hurdles, she would have been just 0.2 seconds away from qualifying for the final...in the flat 400m.
Insane.
