Whole, healthy human brain data is now on the ABC Atlas!
Dataset incl. 3 million+ cells sampled from dissections from adult donors. Samples underwent snRNA sequencing and were clustered and categorized by neurotransmitter, region, and more.

A super cool dataset! Exciting to see so much primate data the last couple weeks. Marmoset here from @fennamk and others, macaque from @kchiou @XingfanH and others! bit.ly/3CL0zpQ
Excited to present our new preprint! We sequenced 2.4 million marmoset brain cell nuclei across major neocortical and subcortical structures. Here’s what we learned.

Altogether our study highlights enormous challenges ahead of the neuroscience community, as we aim to understand the unique assemblies of neurons and glia that populate each brain region.
Links to code and data are available here: github.com/linnarsson-lab/ad…. We are also working to release a browsable version of the dataset, which we hope you will enjoy as much as we have. Feedback welcome!
