After trying for a year we finally managed to get @krkoehler as our 2nd keynote speaker for @Bacell3D 2024. Inner ear and skin organoids! Beautiful and inspiring conclusion to the meeting with a historical perspective, applications of the systems, limitations and vision outlook!

Very happy to share that CellRank 2 is out in Nature Methods today; this was a fantastic joint effort co-lead between @PhilippWeiler7 and myself, in collaboration with @dana_peer and with strong coding support by Michal Klein (github.com/michalk8).
Happy that CellRank2 is out @naturemethods! @PhilippWeiler7 & @MariusLange8 led this multimodal extension of CellRank, to allow study of cellular fate via multiview single-cell data of millions of cells in unified fashion. Text nature.com/articles/s41592-0… code github.com/theislab/cellrank

Happy to announce the first paper of my postdoc in the @TreutleinLab! A fun collaboration with @HsiuChuan_Lin where we investigated how morphogen signaling pathways can be used to increase the diversity of TF-induced neurons. Check the paper here: t.ly/XfJvk!
