Monday Morning Mayhem sounds like a bad thing. Elon gets “hate” at every workout. Put the latter in charge of the former, add a little faith and good things happen like 55 #HIMs showing up for a #F3 beatdown in a downpour. #F3QdUP

15 #HIM including two down rangers experienced the human palindrome that is RADAR as his Marine Endurance Test unsurprisingly went 30-60-120-120-60-30. A brutal but great way to start the day. #F3 #F3QdUP

“Someday you may not be able to do this, today is not that day!” The rallying cry that starts every #F3 workout in Puget Sound Q’d by Quadruple Respect worthy #HIM Whiplash. Hear about how we are doing 80 reps of something in his workouts in this #F3QdUP.

April 3, 2015 - #Jekyl and I flew from @F3theFort & @F3Alcatraz for the 4th workout of @F3PugetSound under #Nantan @ap_f3 and were joined by #Alexa #Grissom and #Iceman. Our hope was to be one part of planting the flag out west. 8 years later we have a lot of great #HIMS @f3cascades @F3Seattle @f3_tacoma in the PNW. #itwillneverwork Forever Thankful M:@WarEagleSara #shorties - 🪼🦖 @ap_f3 @dreddcnc @trwhitmire_OBT @F3Nation #westoftheshastas #holdthemiddle 🇺🇸🙏🏼
