90% creating the conditions for design to happen
That means understanding constraints, building relationships with stakeholders, getting funding, winning buy-in…the list goes on
Yet most service design education focuses on the 10%

I wonder what earlier versions of ‘this space is protected, I’m watching’ signs looked like.
Good example of risk [in this case of being watched] being used a deterrent
