6 #MenOfDepot find some really inefficient ways to move blocks around and complete the first annual #Ballentine500 a TClaps and Kotters to @F3StageCoach and @F3_Devito for joining us in the gloom today. @f3depot @F3LakeMurray
I’m still alive guys! Thanks for checking in now and again. Miss the TTHH. Gearing up again for my annual half. Thanks @blakedubosesc for the training runs again #KiawahComing
Who’s coming out of our self imposed- NIL-boycott-retirement? @F3_Fools_Gold @MPinilla @F3_Devito @Danepperson5 @FaileRobert @F3JDee

9 #MenOfDepot celebrate America from 1776 to the 1980’s with an impromptu beatdown by YHC. We carried some farmers, flipped some tires, and took our cylinder blocks hither and yon in the process. TClaps and Kotters to #F3Royalty @F3_Devito! @f3depot @F3LakeMurray
I’ve only ran 4 times my last Kiawah Half 6 months ago. Good to see I’m following solid advice from of the best. I’ll start “training” again around October #KiawahComing
Was good to be back…
19 PAX at @F3Depot for a Pothole led workout. We discussed Hodor, thumbs in odd places, and whether we should refer to @F3_Fools_Gold as "Dr" when he finishes his PhD.
One of the best! F3 men, that is. Wouldn’t know if it was the best workout since I haven’t been in forever. But love how @F3_Fools_Gold can write a backblast! Makes me feel connected still. As I’ve said many times before over last year…I’ll be back!
With apologies to Sydney Sweeney and the number 7, your @f3depot backblast is hot off the presses. @F3LakeMurray

In a turbulent world, this is not the time to elect a former president who carries chaos with him every day…It is time for the United States…to elect an "Iron Lady" president. Haley is our nation’s best strategic choice next year. desmoinesregister.com/story/…
Don’t cry because it’s over. Smile because it happened ❤️
It was a great run representing and winning the annual @F3Depot intrasquad championship every year. But the time has come for the next generation of Depot to step up
