New mural at the AO this morning. (AGAIN!)
While it is appreciated, some pax have expressed concern:
- It is difficult to workout when you are breathtaken.
- This seems like a 3rd F promotion #FreeNotFree
- How is bigballgym spending our dues?
Thoughts @F3Nation?

Three years ago today @F3Greensboro dedicated the @F3Omaha @F3ShovelFlag to be planted in Nebraska soil. That @F3Nation flag has waved in Omaha for the past year. This weekend we anointed the @F3KansasCity flag to fly in Missouri. @F3Expansion

That was an incredible experience with my F3 brothers. It was a tough physical and emotional challenge. My whole body aches except for my breastbone. I was in tears at the end being able to finish the GoRuck five months after open heart surgery to replace my aortic valve.
