#BioComputeObjects will be attending the Common Fund Data Ecosystem (@cfdenih) Spring Meeting 2023 in Bethesda, MD this week. The team will be giving a lightning talk and presenting a poster on the #BioCompute-CFDE-WPP collaboration project.
Presented #BioComputeObjects & tools developed from @velseraofficial and @DNAnexus with the cross-industry Advanced Virus Detection Technologies Interest Group (AVDTIG) last week. If interested in a training session or a pilot study contact at biocomputeobject.org
The #CFDE playbook partnership, which focuses on building integrated #tools and #databases with several CF DCCs, is using #BioComputeObjects to trace the playbook #workflows.
Could be some interesting things for #biocompute to come out of this as well!
