There was a significant difference in the trajectory of ITE scores across PGY for women & URiM residents compared to non-URiM, men residents. Controlling for baseline ITE in PGY1, women & URiM residents had smaller gains in ITE score over training than their peers.

Taught IM residents about #HIV care today. Afterwards, a resident thanked me for teaching abt #UequalsU & said that many residents have learned abt the topic from me. 1-Took a min to feel happiness/joy abt this. 2-Reminder to thank people more often so they can feel like this too
