If you’re hoofing up to the top of Hibriten Mtn on Leg 3, kelp going until you see this star.
Pro Tip: the star may not be lit & it’s dark as a mofo up there. Just keep running till you start falling downhill.

Attn @f3nation:
There’s no relay like the M100.
- no cost
- almost all runners are f3 dudes
- we raise funds for charities
- sketchy at times
- road & trail legs
- more elevation/mile than any relay race
- your excuses to participate are weak & invalid
Repeat: it’s free bro

Grateful for the leadership of Cousin Eddie @otherhootie over the past few years and looking forward to what the future brings with @f3ncfoothills and our newest Nantan Medball @AppGradATC Aye! @F3Nation
This past Sunday at @F3Howitzer 16 F3 PAX gathered for prayer. It seems our F3 community of brothers, and our community in general, has experienced so much sadness and hardships lately. We spent some time lifting each other up to the Almighty.
