Really interesting hearing a third party analyse your incident based on a public post-mortem.
It's a good analysis too; pragmatic, avoids hindsight bias and counterfactuals, and puts equal focus on the positive capacities.

I'm currently running (technical) infrastructure for a rental assistance program that sends rent checks through USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times are 2x what they should be and getting worse.
TL;DR: USPS is (still) hosed, walk your absentee ballots wherever they need to go.
