Abused adults often don’t even know they were abused—they believe the treatment was “normal,” or what happens in families. Naming abuse (especially emotional abuse) and understanding dysfunction is key in their recovery.

Small world, the guy who won Ironman California saw the pic I took of him and wanted to know if I could send it so he could print it out and commemorate his win. #hashtagswork

Please do not go into downtown Sacramento right now. Sacramento fire department is dealing with a fire at a SMUD power location. The lights controlling traffic are out on I & J St. And several businesses downtown have lost power. Please stay clear of the area. @TheCityofSac

This is soooo screwed!
The moment you started accepting orders, I added the Pro Black 256G + earbuds.
Upon checkout, I was greeted with a sequence of errors:
1) R003 (I believe)
2) R009 (20min later)
3) R013 (45min)
Finally got through only to have it removed from my cart. 🤬

Our hearts are heavy as fires continue to rage all around us.
If you own your home and have evacuated from the #CaldorFire : please don't wait to contact your insurance company. More things I wish I'd known when the #CarrFire forced us from our home in this 🧵.
