Rents have shot up because you & M. Gove together make being a landlord almost impossible. Landlords are giving up in their droves & a rent freeze won’t sort that out. The hard to swallow fact is, if you want rental properties build them yourself or be nicer to landlords.

We’re seeing record-breaking heatwaves, melting glaciers, and rising temperatures demand action. It would be completely irresponsible to delay action to tackle climate change. It’s time to accelerate the shift to electric vehicles; not ditch the 2030 target.

HEADLINE NEWS: #LTN academic who took flyer faces investigation By Steve Bird, Telegraph An academic whose research has consistently praised low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) could face an investigation over “research misconduct” after she was caught tearing down an anti-LTN petition. Dr Anna Goodman was filmed on CCTV removing a poster from a south London shop where businesses are fighting a road closure scheme. The footage prompted complaints to be lodged with the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) where the 40-year-old assistant professor works. It is considering whether to launch an official investigation.
