In desperation, @SenToniAtkins offers an amendment to SB9 that requires the property owner to occupy one of the 12 units on a former SFH. Dumb idea! A developer can afford to leave one unit empty while profiting from the development & no affordable units. @ChadMayes @Rendon63rd

Don't expect this trend to change if #SB9 and #SB10 pass. Only luxury units will be built. And don't expect to buy a home instead of renting because Wall St is gobbling up units for their Renter Nation subscription model. You can't compete with hedge funds. NO on SB9 & SB10.
