You are right. You & @SenToniAtkins destroying communities of color is NOT a laughing matter. This is all we have left in YOUR privileged white world … we will stand strong to keep it @ib2_real @sf4sfsite @BauerKahan @ASM_Irwin @AsmAutumnBurke @laurafriedman43 @GavinNewsom
Proud to welcome these two great leaders to Marin County NIMBY art world. Plus a dash of Bernie.

Thanks @JohnGonzalezLA1. "Intent" provisions aren't enforceable, and this indicates that #SB9 is in trouble. SB 9 is opposed by 71% of voters (new David Binder poll)! Please vote Nay or NVR. @suzettemartinez @AsmJamesRamos @ChadMayes @laurafriedman43 @ASM_Irwin @AsmJesseGabriel
Actual occupancy is totally unenforceable, but that’s not the provision. The provision is intent for which, in almost every case, refutation is almost impossible..

Glad to see stopsb9.org/ oppose SB 9, which ends single-family zoning for all 7M homeowners in California. Think no yard, garage or trees. Where 1 home stands, 6 market-rate rentals appear. Built 4 feet from neighbors. Even in high fire zones. No hearings. A bad bill.

Thanks to @AsmRichardBloom for voting no on SB 10, which would create unsafe environments by increasing density in high fire severity neighborhoods and offers no affordable replacement obligations.

But did you see why we oppose it in Los Angeles? Why it would have a profound and devastating effect in places where POC have bought SFR?

Hey @KevinKileyCA. This is a #factcheck on #SB1120. It kills local control over single-family zoning. Four-foot setbacks, no yard. No garage, just a sole parking slot. All by right, all heading toward pricey rentals. It erodes and harms homeownership. Pls oppose SB 1120.
