Canada and the EU are natural partners, united by shared values.   With President von der Leyen and President Metsola, we focused on what comes next: a deeper partnership that reinforces our mutual sovereignty to create more opportunities and prosperity for our peoples.

I just gave a lecture about this. This is bullous pemphigoid: IgG antibodies against 180, 230 or p200 kDa antigens within the DEJ (hemidesmosome) and it looks like this: subepidermal inflammatory eosinophilic bulla. #dermatopathology🔬💕
A 65-year-old patient presents w/ a 4-wk hx of dark red pruritic urticarial plaques on the flexor surfaces, which now have begun developing tense bullae on the surface of the plaques. Which of the following conditions is this clinical presentation most suggestive of?
0%Bullous impetigo
93%Bullous pemphigoid
7%Dermatitis herpetiformis

Striking histopathology of a metastatic melanoma that's been nearly entirely destroyed by immunotherapy. All that's left is melanin debris and dead tumor cells.

✅ Pseudomyogenic hemangioendothelioma 🎯🩸 • Composed of sheets and fascicles of spindled to epithelioid cells with dense, myoid-like eosinophilic cytoplasm. • Tumors co-express keratins and vascular markers like FLI1 and ERG (but are often negative for CD34). • Characterized by FOSB gene rearrangements (e.g., SERPINE1::FOSB). • This is a rarely metastasizing endothelial neoplasm that often mimics a myoid tumor or epithelioid sarcoma.

How well do you know your leukemia cuti, and the stains that help you subclassify them? Se the digital slides and the 4 IHC that accompany the case. Then scroll down for the patient's prior history. kikoxp.com/posts/75737 #dermtwitter #pathtwitter #dermpath

I am deeply saddened by the recent escalation of attacks against Ukraine, which continue to afflict civilians. I express my solidarity with those who are suffering and assure all the Ukrainian people of my prayers. I renew my appeal for weapons to fall silent and for the path of dialogue to be pursued.

@redsnapperpath @Dr_Jukic @DrGeeONE @kis_lorand @gonzadetoro @SGottesmanMD @HoustonArsenal @HENRYY_MD @ClayCockerell @CutisViaLux what does everyone think about eosinophils in psoriasis? I know the literature says they can occur in 30% of cases. What do you do? #dermpath

Those who pray are aware of their own limitations; they do not kill or threaten with death. Instead, death enslaves those who have turned their backs on the living God, turning themselves and their own power into a mute, blind and deaf idol (Ps 115:4–8), to which they sacrifice every value, demanding that the whole world bend its knee. Enough of the idolatry of self and money! Enough of the display of power! Enough of war! True strength is shown in serving life. #Peace
