If going to Turkey, you have to credit it to the $200 "full longevity protocol" at the fancy Turkish hospital...

"Vacation" is a funny word. We have normalized it so completely that nobody stops to ask what it actually is. A quota of trips per year, dosed out like a vitamin you are deficient in. For what? Why? Who decided that going somewhere is a requirement of life? And to be clear, rest is not the issue. Time off is not the issue. I am talking about the vacation itself. The production.

I don't think anyone is arguing that runners just fall over and die left and right. It's the risks of long term damage in ultra endurance athletes especially. It's the long term exposure, akin to other heart disease risk. And yet these runners will still have better longevity than population average which skews the argument. It's nuanced. In other words, it's not whether running is bad... it's whether it can be taken too far like anything else.

Yeah it's good stuff if you want flavanols! I still add some here and there.

You can apply this to almost everything that AI is going to disrupt. Engineering, coding, medical, driving, even sales and customer service. The humans are the weak link and always will have been. But our collective hubris make this a difficult reality to accept.
To anyone that said agents write slop, sorry, the data is in, it has been humans this whole time. Now we need the agents to clean up this mess.

I stopped taking AlphaGPC everyday due to some concerning data that I verified with my own testing. But it doesn't mean we need to entirely avoid it, either. reallyoptimized.substack.com…

A lot of people still seem to be in denial about where we are all headed with AI.

So the main screen you use 98% of the time is small and stubby and weird - and overheats. Sounds like a great device!

The days of endless decades of education are going to come to an end soon. That's an old way of thinking for an old way of business and living.

Centenarians have unique genes - which is the actual secret - though these are always humorous. Much of the longevity research centers around unlocking these genetic differences and exploring how we can apply them to everyone. Centenarian research is super interesting.
