This International Day of the Girl Child, we're thinking beyond who girls are expected to become and toward what they can choose, build, and contribute. A future-ready generation has to include girls. #internationaldayofthegirlchild #futureskillsforthrivingcareers

Access to education is part of the picture. Girls also need opportunities to develop the digital, social-emotional, career-readiness, and future skills that can help them navigate a changing world and build a thriving career.

District stakeholders came together to experience Sampoorna 2.0 and SEL through reflection and experiential activities at Lohardaga s District level micro dialogue. The dialogue reminded us: SEL becomes meaningful when we experience it, not just talk about it. #Sampoorna2

𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲– 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 As a part of Reading Campaign – India Gets Reading 2026, Jharkhand will conduct Read Aloud Sessions today, 19th August. In this activity, teachers are expected to read a storybook to children with appropriate expressions, voice modulation, and correct pronunciation. Read Aloud helps children develop an interest in reading and supports the development of vocabulary, reading fluency, and comprehension. For this activity, books available in the school can be used. Teachers can use the 120 books provided by the Government of Jharkhand for school libraries, bilingual books, age-appropriate storybooks, and reading cards available under the FLN Kit. Teachers can also use storybooks based on local contexts to provide children with an enjoyable and engaging reading experience. We request all teachers and stakeholders to actively conduct this activity and make reading a joyful part of every child’s learning journey. @JharkhandCMO @HemantSorenJMM @EduJharkhand @roomtoreadindia @UgamEducation @pratigya_trust @DreamADreamInd @questalliance @eistudy1 @PiramalFdn @UNICEFIndia @LLF_edu @VikramshilaS @bhartiairtelfdn @Samparkorg @Pratham_India @AzimPremjiFoundation @ChangeInkk @LeapForWord @Cellcini @ICRW #JEPC #MyWordsMyStory #ReadingCampaign2026 #Jharkhand #ReadingCulture #IndependentReaders #FoundationalLiteracy #JEPC #MyWordsMyStory #ReadingCampaign2026 #Jharkhand #ReadingCulture #IndependentReaders #FoundationalLiteracy #IndiaGetsReading
