I started @GetTranquilitas because all of the calming drink mixes use ashwagandha.
The products without ashwagandha were essentially just magnesium.
I have a blend of inositol, taurine, magnesium glycinate, l-theanine, and saffron extract. It tastes great and really works.
If it doesn’t work for you, I’ll refund your purchase.

We just launched LabTested on Claude.
“Show me this batch’s lab results.”
“Compare lead and cadmium across these products.”
Ask a question. Explore interactive evidence cards. Open the original lab report.
No LabTested account or API key needed.
This is Tommy. He’s nearly 7 months old. Mom is an English Mastiff and dad is a Cane Corso.
I’m taking him to the vet on the 6th to find out exactly how big he is.
If you want to guess what his weight will be on Thursday afternoon, I’ll make it interesting.
Free pouch of @GetTranquilitas to the person with the closest guess. We’ll do Price is Right rules where going over means you lose.

Consistency as a father and an endurance athlete comes down to simple math ,,
-control your night > morning
-predictable workout weeks for you and family
-execute the required work
-be completely present when you walk through the door
This is the problem with looking at what advanced/near-elite folks are doing and assuming it applies to you.
Could be fitness or business. You have to understand the context that people are speaking from.
Don’t just copy what someone with more followers says is working for them.
Important reminder for anyone taking info from people on social media
Ask yourself
“Am I the person they’re creating content for?”
Many people out there that give GREAT info
But it’s TERRIBLE info for you and your current situation
Lastly
That doesn’t make them a bad person or a liar or whatever other BS claim people make
It just means the info wasn’t meant for you
Hear me out: the $20 trial of @GetTranquilitas.
Works equally well as a stocking stuffer or a random gift to a friend whenever they need to chill out.

I’m on a crusade to make people stop gifting junk. It’s bad for the wallet, the environment, and the soul
Stocking stuffers don’t have to suck! They just shouldn’t be random crap:
The ideal items are either immediately consumable (candy, hot cocoa, etc) or something you need
Good categories for the latter include:
- Toiletries (nail clippers, makeup, makeup wipes, travel-size shampoos/sunscreen/etc)
-Socks, underwear, gloves, hats, scarves
-Books!!!
-Candles and mugs
-Office supplies (pens, pads, envelopes, stationery, postage stamps)
-Crayons, markers, chalk
-Pantry items (coffee, tea, local honey, fun hot sauce)
-Headphones, chargers, and AirTags, if that’s your type of budget
-Random household things that are actually useful (scissors, kitchen tools, fun soaps, batteries (I know it sounds weird but especially for toys!), Tide pens)
-Seeds and bulbs for planting
-Hobby items (golf balls and tees, guitar picks, yarn, fishing tackle, tennis or lacrosse balls)
Basically, for the love of Christmas, avoid anything marketed as a “stocking stuffer”
A few days into this grok bot life and now when I name a bot, it starts on a task before i even make a prompt.
This is so wild.

Gave my buddy a sampler of @Half_A_Pond on Friday. Got this text from him on Sunday.
You can do all your Christmas shopping with small brands that started on X. The products will blow the minds of anyone not on this platform.
This explains a lot of the neurotic health stuff you see in some of the surprisingly large corners of health/fitness X.
A lack of flexibility or adventurousness is a hallmark symptom of distress, dysfunction, and even legitimate psychological problems.
When, for example, children will only eat certain foods (and will never try any others), or when people develop intensely ritualized ways of life (from which they can never deviate or else they crumble) -- such people have developed an "insecure attachment" to reality itself.
They need repetition and homogeneity as a kind of comfort; and whatever comfort they derive from it is a kind of surrogate for some essential thing they are lacking, or never received to begin with.
You see this in so many poorly-formed children and teenagers especially. And I often see it in myself when I am doing my worst; I always know things are improving for me when I try something new, take a risk, do something out of the ordinary, etc.
It's a small observation, but important nonetheless.
I cannot believe how much spam I am getting from peptide companies I have never heard of.
Where did they get my number to text me?
I shop @PurePeptidesBio and @nexgenpeptides for my very limited peptide needs.
If you cook your own food, even infrequently, please consider an order from ENAK Flavors today.
These seasoning blends are awesome. Start with the Gulf of America bundle if you can’t decide.
I want to see a photo of my friend lighting up that cigar today.

I didn’t get to enjoy this fine offering from @RandRCigars two weeks ago.
So I set it aside for the first $10K revenue month, seeing no path to get there this month.
Woke up this morning close.
I’ll be at the Farmers Market, Maggie’s going to Mt. Olive Baptist, and Meta ads are chugging along.
Let’s go.
Today’s hydration courtesy of @DrinkSalinity and some @eatmangones for a snack.

One of the scariest revelations is realizing how weak a lot of existing peer-reviewed literature actually is.
Lots of debate this week on whether journals should ban AI in peer review.
We actually tested this in our new preprint, and the results were pretty clear to me.
For context, I've reviewed for most of the big journals and evaluated 1,000 human reviews as an editor. I love to read and evaluate science.
TLDR: From now on I won't do any peer review without AI. For clinical trials, I'd even call human-only review dangerous 🧵
