Hiring A-players shouldn’t take 6 weeks or cost 20% of someone’s salary. Post the role, review vetted experts, watch intro videos, message, hire, and pay inside CoTrain. Free for owners.

We built CoTrain because we kept paying the price to sort through people who couldn’t do the work. Hiring has looked the same forever. post, wait, guess, pay. We want to change that. Vetted before you meet, no fee to hire, coaching instead of firing. This update is a step. We’re just getting started.

This is the future of scaling teams. Owners and leads can buy back their time, upskill their team, and scale skills internally to get better results faster. Instead of “renting” a skill from an agency, you bring in a vetted expert who trains your people — and the capability stays after they leave. No longer will your knowledge be the limit on how teams build and grow. This is just the beginning.
💻DEMO → How Coaching/Training Works on CoTrain Here’s a closer look at the coaching/training side of CoTrain Sometimes your editor, media buyer, operator, or strategist already knows the brand, the team, the product, and the day-to-day They just need someone a few levels ahead of them to raise their taste, tighten their process, review their work, and show them what better actually looks like Because restarting every time someone hits a ceiling is expensive You lose weeks hiring again, lose money while the role stays weak, and the founder ends up dragged back into a lane they should not be spending brainpower on anymore On CoTrain, owners can bring in vetted experts to coach their team, train them on the role, review their work, and upskill them without starting from zero → Sharper feedback → Stronger team output → Less founder babysitting → Faster improvement → Higher standards across the business Sometimes the move is not replacing your team It is raising the standard around them Demo below 👇

I talk to ecom founders all day. The new ones scaling hard early almost always over-hire early. I always give the same advice: Don’t hire until you can do the job yourself. •Write winning ads •Build systems •Retention •Funnels •Email / SMS •CRO •A/B testing •Scaling •Cashflow You can’t lead someone through a function you’ve never done. You’ll be paying for output you can’t evaluate. It can work. But you’re hiring blind. Your team should take work off your plate, not decisions.

Pay attention to what is scaling right now. This store is in the most competitive niche in ecom. 1,100 active ads in a month. 200K+ sessions in the first 30 days. Nobody is testing at that volume. That’s their edge. The easiest way to break in a niche is by pushing velocity. More angles, more creatives, more shots at the auction than anyone else is taking. Velocity is winning the bid for them. Most brands are still testing way too slow and wondering why they can’t scale.

We've talked to 20+ 8-figure founders over the past week All had one thing in common Not the product, niche, or spend Every single one was increasing their creative output with AI AI pulling winning ads, generating ads, assets, and pumping out more creative in a day than most teams create in a month. Meanwhile most brands are still briefing one ad at a time and waiting a week for an editor to get back to them. The gap isn't coming, It's here. Brands scaling 100K+/days right now figured out the same thing: whoever produces the most creative wins and full stack AI is the edge.

So you're telling me AI can now... - scan the market for winning products - build the entire store around it - write every description, email, and upsell - generate the ads and launch them - read the data and kill the losers - handle support and refunds - handle inventory management the whole business, A to Z, almost no human in the loop?!? if you're still doing this by hand, you're already behind.

How to make a lot of money in ecom: Stop promising instant results. Customers know nothing changes in 7 days. Not skin, hair, weight, joints. They've been burned by promises before, and they buy one bottle to test you. Give them a real timeline and the purchase changes. Show what happens at 30, 60, and 90 days. They'll do the math themselves and realize one unit isn't going to get them there. 90 days is the sweet spot. Slow, believable, staged progress. Long enough that one bottle obviously won't cut it, short enough that they still believe in it. If your funnel sells the timeline instead of the miracle, AOV jumps 50%+, refunds drop, and churn slows because nobody's disappointed on day 7.

market timing is the most important factor when launching most people overlook this. they think the most important factor is creative, offer, product quality, etc. but what comes first is market timing for speaking to certain audience i’ve seen far too many times that an operator has a good idea, does QA, then it absolutely flops. most of the time, they’re not wrong, they’re just early

The easiest money in ecom is copying what’s working in USA and applying it in Spanish. Same products. Same funnels. Same ads. Same geo. - just translated. It can be saturated in the US, but I can almost guarantee Spanish market has yet to be touched. You skip all the testing and go straight to scaling. A brand I talked too this week took a Magnesium Complex that was everywhere on US TikTok and launched it in Spanish. Did $1.5m in the first 60 days. The amount of millionaires this one simple arbitrage has quietly created is insane. And most markets are still completely wide open.
