We’ve worked with & are currently working with some of the biggest eCommerce brands in the WORLD. Scaling them profitably with Google ads alone. This wasn’t just done by propping up branded ad spend. But rather through an eco-system based approach that: > Increases perceived value of the products > Gets the algorithm on the brand’s side > Shows the product as a solution to problems If you’re an eCommerce brand owner, you understand the importance of efficiency. Of spending your adspend based on your true ROAS & revenue goals. It’s not just about launching a bunch of campaigns and hoping something works. My team of some of the best Google ads strategists will not only make things efficient for your brand.. But they’ll also scale it to the next level. Focus on doing what you’re best at. And let us scale your Google ads for you. Click the link below for more info: yorumarketing.com/

My agency's hiring a world-class Google ads media buyer with experience in Ecom Someone who's cracked with Google Ads and knows how to communicate with clients and team members effectively Our senior ad buyer makes ~$13,000+/month. Base pay + percentage of ad spend per account. This is a long-term + remote position If you want to be part of a team that's scaling 600+ ecom brands and growing fast, drop a comment or DM me for next steps 👇

If you're vetting a Google ads agency this Q4, don't ask to see their case studies.. Ask them what they'd check first in your account Case studies only show you the accounts that worked You'll never see the ones they took on and just lost.. You have no idea what those winning accounts looked like the day they got them A brand that already had a clean feed and working tracking was probably going to grow anyway We take on accounts from other agencies constantly, so I get to see the version of the story the case study left out I'll be honest - it's rarely what's on their slide deck What I'd actually ask: "Show me the first things you focus on the first week and why" If they start with campaign structure before they mention conversion tracking or the product feed, walk away Those two things decide whether anything else they do matters, and anybody who has genuinely fixed an account knows it Second question: "Tell me about an account you couldn't fix" Everyone who's been doing this a while has one That answer tells you more than any win they could show you The one thing that should make you hire someone on the spot? They ask about your margin, your AOV, your inventory and your LTV before they ask about your budget Because they already understand the ad account isn't the core business

I don't know how travel-preneurs do it Working from coffee shops while traveling the world There was a point in my life when I did this while growing the business But as I've gotten older.. I don't value anything than sitting my butt down in my home office and just.. working All day and night Because how can I concentrate on working when I got big 'ol bikes and beautiful scenery around me?

If your brand spends more than $10k/mo on Google ads.. Check your click-through conversion window for your purchase tags If they're set at anything beyond 30 days.. You need a new marketing team (Unless you sell super high ticket products)

Your marketing ROAS doesn't just depend on the next new campaign or the next big drop.. It depends on the scale of your branding Especially with Google ads We got Saratoga water out here getting sold for $3 a bottle The same quality of water you can find for 75% less What makes Saratoga so damn successful? They charge more and deliver higher perceived value The higher margins allow them to spend more on ads As a result, they show up just a tad bit more than their competition

More brands gotta learn from Rhode Skin's marketing strategy Their latest drop is a pretty good lesson in how to extend a winning product. Pocket Blush was already a winner. So for the Alexandra Leclerc collab, they took that existing demand and stretched it in a bunch of directions: - made the blush tiny - gave it a shimmery finish - launched 3 limited-edition shades - turned it into something you can literally clip onto your bag - built a charm + carabiner around it - paired the whole thing with a limited lip tint and set Basically, they turned it into something people could clip onto a bag. And some of the collection is already sold out. I think a lot of ecom brands move on from winning products way too quickly. A product works, so the next thought is... “Cool. What do we launch next?” But there can be a stupid amount of money left inside the winner you already have. Can you make it smaller? Give it a new finish? Create limited colors? Bundle it differently? Attach an accessory to it? Build a collab around it? Turn it into something collectible? Rhode basically took one product people already understood and created several new buying moments around it. Way easier to sell someone something they already know they like than teach them why they should care about a completely random new SKU lol. If I owned an ecom brand right now, I’d look at my top 3 products and ask.. “How many more ways can I make someone want this again?”

Solid product feed = Solid ROAS The only equation that hasn't changed over the 7 years I've been on Google ads And your product feed consists nothing more than: - Product image - Product title - Product identifiers (Merchant Center attributes) Just 3 things that determine over 95% of your scale on Google Everything else is secondary

As an agency owner, I think it's time to be real I genuinely feel brands shouldn't work with an agency until they understand this Especially Automotive brands You have to watch this gem first before hiring any agency for Google

be like this jewelry brand said brand was skeptical that they could achieve more scale all their budget was spent on Meta and local ads (they own a local store too) we came in and with a few foundational tweaks.. changed the entire trajectory of the business $507k in September at a 7x ROAS (up from $257k at a 4x in August) products, landing pages - everything stayed the same only things that changed were the signals we were sending to the algorithm better quality inputs --> better signals to algo --> better outputs

Speaking to a lot of brand owners recently who said the newest Google Ads update completely messed them up I'm talking about the August 17th update related to bidding Funny thing is, most brands are trying to find the fanciest approach to make things work again: - new campaigns launched - more unique consolidation strategies - erratic budget or bid changes The solution is a lot more simple and boring than most brands think and that's the problem Brands often overcomplicate what's right in front of them in this situation We've literally done nothing but increase (or decrease) bids every 4 - 9 days Not going beyond 10% increments or decrements 97% of brands we handle have smooth sailed from Aug into Sept as a result Keep it stupid simple
