So exciting to see @boardyai 2.0 on iMessage. We talked about using Cursor in design workflows, and I want to keep that going now that Boardy is on iMessage.

Public speaking at @Ultraspeaking taught me that speaking is fun, my voice matters, and pausing is powerful. For design leaders, communication isn't a soft skill—it's how you get alignment, build trust, and move organizations toward better outcomes.

Over the years the most common designer complaint has always been "No one listens" and "UX isn't a priority/understood", so I want to throw something controversial out there: Some of this is our doing. A quick(ish) thread on why and how to fix it 🧵 #uxdesign #design #ux

1. One big trap in moving to #remote work is it forces you to notice team behavior that is dysfunctional that you never noticed before. The trap is to blame it on being remote - but in truth the issues were there all along. They're just harder to ignore now.

I’ve never once seen someone in a player/coach role be successful at both simultaneously. Usually one or the other suffers. You are either on the sidelines helping manage the team to victory or you are on the field, but you can’t be in both places at once and still be effective.
