It always felt so awesome using the throwable turrets in Pheonix point. Implemented a similar thing but more general. Any targeted-skill can be delivered by a special "grenade". #indiedev #gamedeveloper #turnbased

I made a multiplayer game, and recorded the entire process for your viewing pleasure. Come watch my friends beat me at my own game. youtu.be/hK_w2EiRRuw

I realised you probably could do skewed versions of the uneven bricks pattern and yes you can, a few more bugs to work out. This was pretty complicated for my shitty shader abilities.

Here's something I've always enjoyed about the original WipEout logo: it's made of the chopped up (and slightly modified) Eurostile letterform for the number 8. (The slight modifications are straightening out things like the tops of the u and the i.) #WipEout #typography

Hauling cargo between sectors will take you gas and can easily result in #carcombat. #turnbased #roguelike

Got a ton of comments asking for this, so reworked inventory system so you have to actually grab guns off your back. The game is a lot harder now lol

Some people wondered about the UV warping I used in the flesh creature. It's a very simple bit of code. I found this method a while ago on shadertoy explained as the approximate method used in old games like Quake for water effects.

These have the same: Mean of x, Sample variance of x, Mean of y, Sample variance of y, Correlation between x and y, Linear regression line, and Coefficient of determination of the linear regression. This suggests the utility of visualizing data. Source: bit.ly/3C3wykB

People often ask if they should use tau instead of pi, but the answer is that usually you don't need either. Most uses of those constants are because of functions that take radian parameters, which is almost always a bad idea: computerenhance.com/p/turns-…
