Haha, he tries to kiss her and she turns so he can only get to the cheek. And then pats her hand like a toddler’s.

I remember I brought Vinho Verde over a few times, love to drink it there, so crisp and refreshing, but it never tastes the same when back in the UK. 😉 The one they serve at the Institute of Engineers cafe is a red.
Promotion - no I do not get paid for this - but the Portuguese red wine at Kendall’s (Institute of Engineers) is still the nicest and best value for money in the whole of SW1. Trust me! 😉
Little good deed of the day today - I was kind to London tourists. They help the economy, after all. And we‘re all tourists somewhere, once in a while. 😉 Tourists are a bit like vermin in Westminster, especially German tourists, but in the end they just want to have a great hol.

I think I should sneak out Larry for some late afternoon sashimi sessions at Itsu once in a while 😂

Ha - I know exactly what you mean about the lifts!!! Those carvings are fab.
The three kings have arrived a but early at Liberty’s. 😉 Brief escape to the civilised world to look at some of their lovely fabrics for a project. I know it’s touristy, but I still love the charming old-world atmosphere here.
A few shots from the Liberal Democrats’ press conference this morning, Daisy Cooper announcing a major pre-budget intervention.

I half expected that guy to sit down on the chair and start playing show tunes on that piano.

I like Itsu, not their fault what happened all those years ago.
And some shots from yesterday, the very enjoyable Steampunk Spooktacular at the historic Victorian Crossness Pumping Station near Abbey Wood. What a stunningly beautiful building and structure. Definitely worth seeing, they are open to visitors on certain days.
Two more from Frieze London, because I really quite liked these two works. The first are two video diptychs by artist Russell Watson at new Black Curatorial Gallery, the second is a painting by Spanish artist Chidy Wayne at Southern Guild Gallery. All pic sets @Alamy_Editorial
