I'm a big fan of @getadblock and a Premium subscriber. Been using it for years and never had a problem. Being a cat lover I ♥️ the feature where it replaces an add on a web page with a cat picture. Gives me a chuckle every time. I'm not affiliated with @getadblock in any way.

Regular reminder that blocking all ads and trackers is the single most impactful thing you can do for web performance and security. It's equivalent to several years worth of optimizations and mitigations in browser engines and web stacks. Try it before buying a new computer. 🤓

I use @getadblock for much more than just annoying adverts. The right click "Block This Ad" feature is very powerful, for removing any parts of a web page you don't like, such as @Depositphotos' top bar on search results. You can customise/clean-up the layout of sites you visit.
