As a remote first startup, we trying to develop a documentation first culture. But everything we write goes into the Notion abyss! We spend so much time trying to find docs that we’ll just give up & write it again. How do you manage docs and why is Notion search so bad?
When I’m having trouble writing customer documentation, it’s because I know we didn’t get the feature right. Building great products should always start with customer docs.
This is just the beginning!
