There’s an exercise I try to do weekly. If I had to start a company from the ground up, what would I build and what would I buy. 1. Data - buy, because you don’t have time to crawl LinkedIn 2. Your app - build, solved problem with vibe platforms. 3. Ads - build, agentic ads make this super simple now. 4. CRM - build, it’s a database and they’re cheap to part of your app infrastructure now. 5. Payments - buy, stripe for PLG and Mercury for your SLG A couple years ago, this required headcount too. This is the age of the solopreneur. And it’s even possible as a side hustle.

Really digging the UX on the player. There has been a ton of research poured into this subject about what should and should not be shown for how long on a media player. I'm surprised that Chromium doesn't just read the research and adjust.
