Strong rear leg, back hip coil, then turns the barrel and torso behind the hip. Get in a good position and it’s a lot easier to get a good swing off. Take the slack out while still maintaining looseness. This went over the scoreboard btw.

One legged is simply not shifting weight before launch. However, LOTS of hitters have interpreted that as not shifting weight at all. Total backside swings are not the answer. Many would benefit from moving the pendulum back to weight shift.
