Said many times if he’s healthy he’s a .300 hitter in the big leagues. The power will come in batches…I always told him be a good hitter first, power will come. Some of my other guys didn’t take that advice and taken out by the HR chase. I don’t advocate HR’s only good swings

United healthcare is the worst plan in America. Do not use their services b/c you are paying for services they will likely not cover. They are into my people for 10’s of thousands of denied services. Their podiatrist overruled a top spinal surgeon’s suggested care.

This is “Ankle bone low”..This is Acuna’s..1000 horse power engine, working through a 200 horsepower transmission. Shredded knee ligaments with no contact

I knew id blow up my twitter account when I decided to use my tiny platform to speak out against gov/employers/teams coercive moves to vaccinate. It’s killed or hurt so many people. Speak the truth no matter the consequences. We will be tested again…be ready. Truth over money

My philosophy is build a swing to just be a good hitter not HRs. Power for smaller guys comes from barrel inertia efficiency. Clean energy into the ball. I’ve built several tools going back a decade to help my guys. Most of them have remained hidden. Hear the flush contact. 🔥

Look at the ankle bone low, working in reverse…there’s no fix other change to ankle bone high. He needs “Heels away”. I’ve said it for years and years.

Meckler swing—

Psalms 144:1 “Praise be to the Lord my Rock,     who trains my hands for war,     my fingers for battle.”

The point of Jesus death was to save mankind from Hell. It’s not a blanket thing. So the question is, have you repented for sin and asked to be covered by His blood. Put faith in His work not ours. Ask His spirit to move into your heart. Signs you’ve been redeemed-joy, peace

Keep the first thing, first!

Was reading some comments about one of my guys. Not magic, but barrel w/ an efficient path “He hits the ball incredibly hard. I mean, off the bat, he hits the ball like Yandy [Díaz] and Cami do -- that hard,” manager Kevin Cash said Wednesday. “It really jumps off his bat.”

On around “clears it through.” This is a function of what? *Arms have no input in the high level pattern.

Working with a 7 year old in the am. We are doing back things. It’s never to early to find the back.

It’s been awhile since I posted on twitter. I hope everyone is well…I came across this video and thought it to be a very important one to keep.
