Reselling can create opportunities that go far beyond day-to-day business. 💙
From supporting local families to helping kids and fire evacuees, this is the impact @hey_mindi is making in her community.
We're honored to be a small part of it. 👇
This year I became more focused ever on giving back.
Reselling made this possible.
I donated nearly 10,000 books to fulfill a volunteer run reading program for 1,100 local kids.
I sent surprise packages to people.
I donated igloo coolers to a church supplying perishable food for fire evacuees.
Took tons of free coaching calls to help new resellers.
And today, in partnership with @bstocksol, we are blessing my local community in the most incredibly beautiful way.
This was a passion project that became a reality through the generosity of some really amazing people at B Stock that said YES.
It’s 4 minutes. But this is worth a listen 👇
Strong strategies start with strong collaboration.
This week, members of the B-Stock team gathered in Boston, bringing together colleagues from across departments and all levels of the organization to connect, share perspectives, and start planning for 2027.
The time together gave us an opportunity to align on priorities, explore new opportunities, and think about what’s next for B-Stock. Just as importantly, it gave us a chance to strengthen relationships, enjoy each other's company, and make a few memories outside the day-to-day.
We're grateful for the people who make B-Stock what it is and excited about what we'll accomplish together in the year ahead!

“Buying without a manifest is gambling.” 🎯
Jim Rowe dropped some seriously useful advice in our ASD Market Week session. From researching resale value and sell-through potential to knowing when retail prices don’t tell the whole story, this is the kind of homework that can make all the difference before you bid.

Always a cool surprise when I check out YouTube and it’s me…
I joined @ShannonJean and @bstocksol to talk about how to evaluate a manifest. My three top takeaways.
1) build relationships in this business before you look at a manifest. I started by following @ShannonJean.
2) use the manifest to help you research the profitability and velocity that you should expect
3) not every retail price should be trusted
4) buying without a manifest is gambling
Reselling doesn’t mean you have to dive in headfirst.
Start with what you have, grow with what you learn, and scale as you get more comfortable sourcing inventory.
Great advice for anyone looking to turn a side hustle into something more. 👇
If I needed to make an extra $5,000 a month for my family, here are the 9 steps I would take starting today:
1. Walk around. You don’t need to buy anything to start reselling. Look in your closet, garage, or basement. We all have things we never use.
2. Fit the product to the marketplace.
Apparel = Poshmark, Whatnot, and TikTok Live Selling.
Larger items go on Facebook Marketplace.
eBay is for everything else.
3. Learn from these first sales. Product photos, listing details, pricing, shipping, and customer service.
4. Get your Resale Permit (link in comments).
5. Find your niche. What do you love? What is your Unfair Advantage?
6. Research who the best sellers are in your niche. Copy them, only do it better.
7. Register on every liquidation platform you can find (link in comments).
8. Start small. Only buy when you know what you can sell it for.
9. Rinse and repeat. Keep experimenting, learning, and improving.
Reselling is a simple way to make money. It's hard work, and it's not passive, but the system is proven.

“The profit is made before you ever place the bid.” 🎯
@resellerrowe has 30 years of reselling experience, and if you learn one thing, this should be it.
Knowing what’s in a load is just the start. Knowing what you can realistically sell it for, and what you can afford to pay, is where smart sourcing begins. 👇
Pretty cool seeing B-Stock share a clip of me speaking at ASD Market Week in Las Vegas.
After 30 years of buying and selling just about everything, I’ve learned one thing.
You make your money when you buy, not when you sell.
A manifest gives you an idea of what you’re buying. Understanding the numbers tells you what you can afford to pay.
The biggest mistake resellers make isn’t selling too cheap. It’s buying too high.
The profit is made before you ever place the bid.
“A manifest is like a roadmap. Without that in front of you, you never know what you are going to get.”
Reseller Mastermind founder @ShannonJean broke down why manifests matter at our @ASDMarketWeek session, Decode the Deal: How to Read a Liquidation Manifest Before You Bid, alongside fellow reseller @resellerrowe and B-Stock’s Dave Gershon.

Resale TikTok is at it again. This time with kids’ snack boxes, drink boxes, protein boxes, and one package of edamame spaghetti noodles that somehow earned an auction of its own.
We stumbled across @braydenflack from Red Arch Foods during a late-night live sale, and it was so much fun to watch.
Brayden was auctioning off grocery boxes based on what viewers wanted, and the chat was half the fun. He clearly knew his regulars, and the jokes and banter kept coming.
Plus, we spotted some Built Bars on the shelf behind him. 👀 If you know Brayden’s story, you know it wouldn’t be a Brayden live without them!
It was such a fun glimpse into his business and the community he’s built around it. Thanks for letting us join in, Brayden! 🙌
Missed out on the big LEGO lots? Don’t count yourself out just yet! 👀
You can still score big on new LEGO sets without the hefty retail price tag.
Smaller auctions are closing TODAY, so there’s still time to stock up for the holiday rush.
Check out what’s available: bstock.com/buy/seller/target…
$168,499 worth of new Lego sets sold yesterday for $90,500
Is 53.7% of the MSRP a good deal?
Star Wars, Pokémon, Nintendo, Marvel, and more.
Check out the manifest to see the sets. Some of which are $489 at retail.
And why is Target liquidating these new sets right before Christmas?
Slow movers?

“Where do I even start?” is one of the biggest questions aspiring resellers ask.
If you’ve been curious about getting into resale, consider this your playbook. 👀♻️
Behind the scenes, retailers are moving returns and excess inventory into the hands of resellers who see the potential in what’s next.
At B-Stock, we’re proud to be part of that process, connecting retailers and resellers to give inventory a second life.
There’s a lot more to resale than meets the eye. 👇
"Opportunity is everywhere…… go do" 👇
You want to leave your W2?
How cool would it be to work on the beach everyday?
Spoke to the beach chair rental guy on the beach.
He charges $50/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella.
9am - 4pm rental
He owns 5500 chairs up and down the beach.
The business grosses over $5M in 4 months.
Think about that.
Chairs and Umbrellas paid for.
Insurance and permits.
Pay some employees to set up and take down the chairs.
Storage cost for the offseason.
Bank account building everyday with minimal overhead.
Opportunity is everywhere…… go do
I’m actively looking to buy a smaller version of a company just like this.

Reselling looks different for everyone. Sometimes it’s a full-time business, sometimes it’s a few hours a week.
The key is finding what works for you. 🙌
I'm a full-time pastor, a husband, and a dad of 4.
My reselling business gets about 5-6 hours a week.
Right now, I'm focused on live variety food auctions, all sourced from Costco liquidations.
Here's exactly how I spend those hours 👇
The one big job is sorting. When a load comes in, it takes several hours to go through everything. But I only do it when new inventory arrives.
After that, each live show takes about 5 hours:
⏱ 1 hour of prep: assembling boxes, double-checking expiration dates, scheduling the live, and filming promo content
⏱ 2 hours live: the fun part
⏱ 2 hours of packing and shipping: not glamorous, but it's how you earn repeat buyers
My secret weapon is my kids. They help every step of the way, including quality control.
(Quality control mostly means sampling the food. 😂)
You don't need 40 hours a week to build something. You need a system that fits the margins of your life, and ideally one that includes the people you love.
Mine fits in about 5 or 6 hours. 🤓
If you're building something in the margins too, follow me @donnyyoung. I share the real numbers, wins and losses included.
Reselling is about more than what you flip. It’s also about the people you meet, the knowledge you share, and the relationships you build along the way.
Scarcity mindset will get you nowhere. Relationships will take you further than keeping your "secrets" ever will.
People have told me, "Mike, you're giving away all your secrets. There won't be enough furniture left for you."
My garage is full. I have yet to run out!!!
I'm pretty good at sourcing, but one of my secret weapons started with strangers.
I post on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. I share what I know, provide value and don't gatekeep the very thing people told me to keep to myself.
Now I have a handful of people in my community messaging me all the time about furniture. People who want to help. Some have even given me pieces.
All because I took the time to build relationships.
Sharing what I know didn't leave me with less. It brought more people into my corner.
Relationships are my secret weapon. It's just not so secret.
There's enough.
Stop worrying about who might benefit from what you know. Help somebody. Build relationships. Follow along and I'll show you what's possible with furniture flipping.

AI is changing the game for resellers. 🤖
From analyzing loads to building custom ranking systems, it’s exciting to see buyers finding new ways to work smarter and make more informed sourcing decisions.
"You can just do things." 💪
Everyday i spend about an hour back and fourth reviewing loads on @bstocksol with my Ai Agent.
You can just do things....
Spent 5 minutes gave a brief to Claude
- went out cut the grass
- came back 45 min later
- entire ranking system & personal software built
Quick view on all loads gives OTD price, rankings, whats on it, etc. On actual page, depth and analyzes the load, whats on it, and what my expected recovery is based on history.
