We’re excited to be fueling up the guys up at Springfield College and the 2022 NEWMAC Champion, @_SCFootball Team. It’s been great working with the @SC_Strength team. Check out how Coaches @bsutt8 & @connor_ryder30 help the guys conveniently maintain weight throughout the season. – at Springfield, MA

As a young GA in Nebraska’s S&C program, I was never given the task of writing training programs until I learned how to coach on the weight room floor, and interact with athletes.
It was one of the most valuable skills I have ever learned as a coach—it was—IS—everything!

Folks decide what they think of you before they think about your message.
Take the time to connect and build the relationship, first.

It’s easy to teach by reading off a PowerPoint, it’s better to create experiential content that empowers folks to connect the dots.
It’s easy to tell folks what is important, it’s better to debrief the process, where all voices are encouraged and appreciated.
Pick better.
