Email does not have 2 be identical to your website. It's fun 2 make it look as close as possible to your website & I enjoy doing it, but if your website's design is causing Gmail clippage problems when used in email, you need to reevaluate your priorities. #emailgeeks #emailpeeps

Nine years ago at the @walkerartcenter, I did a project called @analogtweet. People wrote messages, in Twitter format, on a form, and then we tweeted them for you. So you needed to carefully think about what you had to say to compose the message. Sadly, it was before its time.

#emailgeeks: @dana_shirlen reporting that #emailmarketing links that use UTM parameters such as "covid-19" or "coronavirus" or similar are a bad idea right now. Microsoft domains are deferring/bulk spamming/not delivering messages in an effort to thwart hackers & phishing scams.

We launched a podcast at @AudienceView. The first episode is based on the only topic worth discussing right now...how COVID-19 is impacting our industry in ways we've never seen before. I sat down with our CEO, Mark Fowlie, to discuss.
