Good morning and happy Groundhog Day, apparently.
It’s payday again and this time, some of us got paid and some of us didn’t. @McClatchy says it’s still an issue with the new payroll vendor.
Personally, I’d love to, uh, get paid on time for the labor I’ve already provided.
Today, @mcclatchy employees were supposed to get paid.
But, bc of an apparent logistic issue, we didn’t. The company says it’ll be fixed by tomorrow, but for today the @FortWorthGuild is taking a lunch break together.
Our work has value, and we all deserve to be paid on time.
