Our members at The Lancet are taking further strike action for fair pay this week.
Elsevier, who owns The Lancet, made an adjusted operating profit of over a billion last year so the company can afford to address pay erosion.

BREAKING: The NewsGuild and other organizations are petitioning the FCC demanding a freeze to a recent illegal order that effectively allows conglomerates to dominate the broadcast landscape. A legal challenge to the repeal is forthcoming.

Management refused to voluntarily recognize us even though EVERY union eligible person signed a union card. They said everyone needed the right to vote.
