The dollar reserve is the right move for the yield products. Those investors are sacrificing growth for yield, it’s the most responsible way to do this imo. Well done.

650,000 $BTC is not a position. It’s a message to the entire industry.

Strategy Inc establishes a USD Reserve of $1.44B to cover at least 12–21 months of dividends and interest payments, funded through ATM share sales. TLDR: > The goal is to expand coverage to 24+ months over time. > The company now holds 650,000 $BTC (3.1% of total supply) acquired for ~$48.38 billion at ~$74,436 per bbtcoin > Positions the USD Reserve as a stability buffer alongside its BTC Reserve. If BTC ends 2025 between $85k and $110k, Strategy expects: 1️⃣ Operating Income: –$7.0B to +$9.5B 2️⃣ Net Income: –$5.5B to +$6.3B 3️⃣ Diluted EPS: –$17.0 to +$19.0 Updated Bitcoin KPIs for FY2025: 1️⃣ BTC Yield: 22%–26% 2️⃣ BTC Dollar Gain: $8.4B–$12.8B 2 days ago, on a YouTube podcast "The $60 Billion Bitcoin Bet", Strategy CEO Phong Le said that the company might consider selling $BTC if its mNAV drops below 1 and the firm can no longer raise capital. This might be one of the ways how Strategy funds its new USD reserve.

4D Chess. They are raising cheap USD (which inflates away) to leverage their appreciating asset ($BTC$). The stack remains untouched. ♟️

When a single entity can stack 650k BTC and lock in $1.44B in reserves, you’re watching a monetary shift in real time.

Unfortunately The more Strategy and Institutions try to prop BTC up the harder it will fall when they run out of steam. Bitcoin will not meaningfully advance without the support of newly interested and engaged holders. BTC will hit 60k before it goes up to 150k.

When you market out company based on delusional BS, you destroy credibility when reality intervenes. This is the second change to ill conceived strategy that assumed the price would go up and the premium to Nav would sustain. There was always going to be equity dilution from preferreds, just not on “Dot day” when Saylor feeds the quacking idiots he has cultivated with deceptions like “iPhone”. He convinced himself this was going to be the means to buy unlimited Btc.. coverage and credit costs be damned. This is just embarrassing. How did anyone think it could hold par when collateral coverage could decline by 50% in 7 weeks? And the arrogance and defiance of the third quarter call was the most disturbing thing of all. Saylor thinks HE will make Bitcoin go up. Many shareholders have bought into that insane idea.
