Rebekah Niewoehner, @StottmannLab & co showed that mutations in Ttc21b contribute to human primary #microcephaly, and that the severe microcephaly in homozygous #mouse mutants arises from impaired neural progenitor proliferation and differentiation. Read doi.org/10.1242/dmm.052392
