In light of the removal of safeguards for marginalised people and the blatant use of Nazi symbolism in the public space, I will be removing all personal social media accounts in the next few days. TOO will be staying open for business however; presence is an act of resistance.

NHS bullying brought me to the point of suicide. It is ingrained. Iām convinced that up here it was part of the business model. Iām fully better now. But Iām fighting NHS bullying constantly.

Believe me I know to my cost, career and health what a bully looks like. You and your colleagues are the opposite of bullies. You are doing your ethical duty as doctors to raised concerns that affect patient care. If you didnāt you would be bystanders. And part of the problem.

Just realised that I am coming at this with a Benedictine lens.
St Benedict frames this in terms of doing what āwould benefit the otherā and not myself. This is now how I understand kenosis in monastic living. It doesnāt mean being a push over or everybodyās dustbin.
