British Sign Language can be quite difficult to understand. I saw this message in a bathroom, but I can’t work out what it says at all.

This is a courageous and important intervention from Jane and the other survivors who were asked to provide assurance on the CofE Redress Scheme. As it stands, they cannot do so. The CofE has a great deal to do to put this right. They have taken 6 years so far. It is urgent.
I talk about the CofE Redress Scheme Survivor Working Group concerns at the start of the programme. We want it to be safe & trauma-informed. Hoping they're listening. bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m0031s…

The idea of an evangelical redress fund sounds good - particularly as Smyth victims are likely to be excluded from the CofE Redress Fund.
I’ve heavily revised this article. It now has a section on the Titus Trust, the Church Society section has been rewritten, & there are many other changes. It now calls for a redress fund to be established that evangelical organisations could contribute to. sixtyguilders.org/2026/06/20…

What I don’t understand is, if you thought that Professor Jason Arday’s academic work was questionable, the entire academic process is set up to enable you to critique it. That’s the way academia works. You don’t hound the people you disagree with, you dispute with them.

My question is not why they put Donald Trump in a catering truck, but why on earth they let him out.

If (as I hope) Count Binface becomes an MP, will he have to renounce his title?
