Maybe to keep their equipment fresh? Maybe because they've been on the road for a month+? Maybe they don't like the track?
The goal was to give drivers the option to run elsewhere, not to guarantee they will. Seems like it's doing exactly what it's supposed to.

Lot's of things being said about Williams Grove. The criticism is valid. The racing there is not that good. In fact, terrible most of the time. There is very little to no investments into the facility. The shows run late. The haulers parked in the infield block your view.

All things equal (as far as price, start and end time of the show, distance from home) I’d probably choose the WoO.
But HL runs show so much more smoothly. It’s no question, I’d choose a HL show over WoO

It is annoying that you can't criticize and in some cases even enjoy either series without people being insufferable.
Both have strengths and weaknesses and those weak points will never get better if they aren't pointed out.
