Check out this article featuring my awesome research colleague, @Shortle. Here, she's talking about how it's harder for people to #vote in America now. That's a bit more sobering than our discourses on celebrity influence.
I am happy to share @PandoraDewan of @Newsweek's reporting on my work w. @KatySchumaker: How states make it harder for voters to vote in the US - based on our analysis in @ConversationUS. It was a fun chat - about a less fun topic #VotingShouldBeEasy #VOTE newsweek.com/united-states-v…

GREAT start to Early Voting in Oklahoma. This is the first time we’ve had early voting on Wednesdays, and this is proof that voters use it when it’s available. (The long lines are proof we need to expand the availability even more!)

I'm super proud of this paper. It is the first publication from our @CarlAlbertCtr CES team. Coauthored with @PMcLaughlin44, Peter Olson, @nathantbarron, @HBAshton3, @blumrm, @cjfinocchiaro, and myself. Hopefully more to come!
In a @CarlAlbertCtr team paper accepted for publication at @ElectionLawJrnl we use a Cooperative Election Study survey to better understand public opinion about redistricting. First, we show only 36% of the public knows who drew congressional districts in their state.

New with the amazing @niccdias and Jake Pearl: American partisans under-estimate the diversity of each party's attitudes, and these diversity perceptions predict out-party hostility. However, we see little evidence that partisans over-estimate out-party extremity.
