This is the first of multiple manuscripts that use our patented approach to increase protein production in gene specific way from a wild type allele in happloinsufficiencies using antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs). Great collaboration with @MillerLabNeuro and funded by @CZI. Many more manuscripts and ASOs to come in the near future.
