If no one reported had reported on Life Sure, would anything have changed? In 2025, Roys Report (RR) covered concerns surrounding Life Surge. This year, a secular publication picked up our story. And now, Tim Tebow and Craig Groeschel have cut ties with Life Surge. This is why investigative journalism matters. Your support helps fund reporting that brings serious issues to light. 27/ Oh. circling back to pastor @TheRayCurryJr saying "I found out all kinds of things: the men who slept with [raped] little boys," In North Carolina, knowingly failing to report child abuse is a Class 1 misdemeanor. Did Pastor Ray Curry report the multiple perpetrators?

You bet, but please read @DaultRadio's long reply 1st, please. It's crazy helpful. Dunno if @AndyStanley would characterize himself as a business person (Would you, Andy?), but I do imagine he's committed to a bit. We become the bit(s) to which we commit. xitter.cf/DaultRadio/status/2112…
I’ve been thinking about this question for a couple days, and I want to give it a proper answer, as best I can. Note, I do not speak for @DavidDark here, tho I would be very interested to hear his thoughts. 1/

Leaders in institutions and organizations are often lauded for extraordinary accomplishments that deny or defy their own human needs (bio/psycho/social) connection) as well as those of their dependents. This is often done in the name of good, but there is nothing good about it.

If I don't forget, I will watch the church live stream in November when people make their pledges. I want to see how this capital campaign is promoted. May write an article about it.

Definitely done this! Gilbert Bilezikian was a charming Wheaton prof and relentless predator who helped Bill Hybels start Willow Creek. Wheaton has the drill down pat.

I just looked it up and it's ALL for them, for their own infrastructure. Not for the poor. Not for all the people in other countries who lost everything after Trump dismantled USAID. Selfish pigs. I can't believe I used to go there and serve there.

There may be some for whom having a spiritual parent has been a restorative experience. I submit that part of the pathway to healing is grieving the parents you had or didn’t have and never will have. Parents, like children, are irreplaceable irrespective of the relationship.
