The first SSI took place in Kampala, Uganda in April 2013. Conceived as a response to the invisibility of sexual violence against males in conflict setting.

Team Kiryandongo is carrying out a training of 24 RWC/LCs, Secretaries of PLWDs, youth, women & Religious leaders drawn from the refugee and host community on refugee rights and protection. The training aims at strengthening co existence, understanding of issues affecting them.
