🚨 STOP PROMPTING CLAUDE FOR EVERY LITTLE THING — SET IT UP ONCE, THEN START DIRECTING IT.
Most people use Claude like a chatbot:
They open a new conversation → explain who they are → explain their workflow → upload the same files → repeat their preferences → write long prompts → correct the output → and then do it all over again the next day.
But Claude Cowork can be approached very differently.
Instead of spending your time repeatedly telling Claude what to do, you can spend about 1 hour building the system once — your folders, Markdown context files, global instructions, projects, connectors, and recurring workflows.
After that, your interaction becomes much simpler:
Set the context → define the rules → organize the workspace → give Claude a clear direction → let it work.
Here’s the complete 1-hour Claude Cowork setup 👇

BREAKING: Claude can help you build a YouTube channel from scratch.
No paid course.
No expensive software.
No team required.
With the right prompts, you can find a strong niche, plan original videos, write scripts, grow an audience, and build multiple income streams using mostly free tools.
Here are 10 Claude prompts to build your channel step by step: 🧵
Keep this as your YouTube blueprint.

10. 90-Day Growth System
“Create a realistic 90-day YouTube execution plan.
Break it into weekly actions for:
→ video research
→ scripting
→ production
→ publishing
→ Shorts repurposing
→ audience interaction
→ monetization testing
→ analytics review
Track click-through rate, audience retention, watch time, returning viewers, subscriber conversion, and revenue only when applicable. Give me clear rules for deciding what to repeat, improve, or stop. Never recommend buying views, subscribers, or engagement.”
The complete YouTube system:
→Choose a channel
→Validate the niche
→Map the income paths
→Build content pillars
→Validate each idea
→Research accurately
→Write original scripts
→Package the video
→Produce with free tools
→Improve with evidence
You don’t need expensive equipment to start. But you do need original content, useful ideas, patience, and consistent execution.

Report says @OlaraOlara is the dark horse candidate for UN Secretary General quoting a letter from @adoniaayebare. This will be his second attempt at the top job after a career at the UN shadowed by Ugandan domestic politics.
📢Breaking: The race for the next UN Secretary-General has a late entrant
The new nominee for UN's top job is from Africa, despite the fact that under the informal principle of regional rotation, to which the Africa grpup ordinarily attaches importance, the turn for fielding candidates is that of the Caribbean and Latin America group.
In a letter addressed to the President of the UN General Assembly and the UN Security Council on 24 July, Uganda's Permanent Representative to the UN, Ambassador @adoniaayebare announced Uganda's nomination of Olara Otunnu (see picture) for position of UN Secretary-General.
Mr Otunnu's camdidacy will increase the list of candidates to succeed @antonioguterres to seven.
As the second candidate from Africa, one of the issues this candidacy raises, like the one of Macky Sall, is whether the importance that African states attache to regional rotation is disappearing. It is worth noting that so far Africa is the only region outside of the Caribbean and Latin America to field candidates.
It is to be recalled that the UN General Assembly Town Hall with the candidates was held on 23 July. As a late entrant, he faces a disadvantage of making up for the opporunity that other canfidates had in campaigning.
The timing of his entrace into the race comes just before the first UN Secrurity Council Straw Poll scheduled for 30 July 2026. More than anything else, the role of the UNSC is the most decisive aspect of the selection process.
It is anticipated that the straw poll by the UNSC offers the first most significant indication on the prospects that candidates have for securing what is at times called 'the most impossible job on earth.'

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Since his appointment as Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs in July 2022, Hon. @norbertmao has delivered tangible results with integrity, vision, and unwavering commitment to justice for all Ugandans as he points some of them in this video (📌Listen)
He has championed greater access to justice, tackled inequalities where the law too often favors the rich and powerful, and aggressively promoted 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (ADR) to make our courts faster, fairer, and more efficient. Under his leadership, the 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 (JLOS) has seen stronger collaboration between government and development partners, while pushing forward long-overdue constitutional review processes after decades of stagnation.
A seasoned lawyer, former Gulu LC5 Chairman, three-time presidential candidate, and Democratic Party President, Mao brings independent, principled leadership, the kind that balances the House, fights grand corruption, and ensures @Parliament_Ug serves the people, not just the powerful.
In a time when Uganda needs fresh, competent, and unifying leadership in the Speaker’s chair, Hon. Norbert Mao stands ready to steer Parliament with fairness, vibrancy, and respect for the Constitution.
This is not just about one man, it’s about building a better Uganda.
I support Hon. @norbertmao for Speaker because results matter, experience counts, and integrity is non-negotiable.
