They are trying to scare people out of their position to make the price go to NAV. That will not happen.

I was unaware that capitulation means: I am long, have always been long and am long going into ticker change.

As we get closer to floor drop, the ability to sell calls wanes so it’s very vulnerable to getting shorted down to NAV because many SPACs dip after ticker change when the floor is removed. The ongoing argument is always if this one will dip and how much.

For what? Haha @OddDiligence will likely have the effect and vote date before anyone else. Vote date usually ~20 days from effect.

The price can between here and about $10.30 until a few days before the vote date. We don’t have that date yet but likely in the next month or so.

If you search $CCXI you will find MANY who are sure it is going below $8 after merge.
