great to see @myMicroreact being utilised to interpret epi-linked sequence data @NorwichResearch, @NNUH, @NHSuk, @CovidGenomicsUK, and @PHE_uk
Since COVID-19 hit the UK in March, we've been at the forefront of genomic sequencing – sequencing over 18,000 samples. Our new photo essay explores the collective effort of the Quadram, @NorwichResearch, @NNUH, @NHSuk, @CovidGenomicsUK, and @PHE_uk: ow.ly/vVBx50E95GE

RoomRater Microreact edition: cheery flowers, newly minted genomic epi', but cat has been staring at @mymicroreact trees for too long - 10/10 @KCMellor
Celebrating #InternationalWomenInScienceDay #WFH with fine feline company. Proud to have finished my genomic epi PhD during lockdown and to be working with the awesome @pneumowatch team #WellcomeGenomeWomen @sangerinstitute

Genomics of SARS-CoV-2 in The Philippines - Great to see Microreact use for delivering insight as part of @geco_phl @inezmedado @RITMPH
Replying to @geco_phl
We've also made a @MyMicroreact project to take a look at what we know about #SARSCoV2 in the #Philippines so far (using all the shared GISAID and NCBI genomes). Take a look! microreact.org/project/4hz5H…

Great to see Microreact making an appearance in this important announcement @TheCGPS @bdi_oxford
We’re pleased to announce a donation of £100 million from @INEOS to establish the new INEOS Oxford Institute, helping us to combat one of the world’s greatest healthcare challenges - antimicrobial resistance >> ox.ac.uk/news/2021-01-19-100…

Also, here's a thread showing a quite prominent (and continually inspiring) fellow countryperson viewing SARS-CoV-2 data within NZ via Microreact (via another friend @Joepdl ) xitter.cf/ESRNewZealand/status/1…
Prime Minister @jacindaardern made a surprise visit to ESR today to say thanks for the hard work and long hours our staff have put in during the COVID-19 pandemic. She was fascinated by how we are helping to understand the latest outbreak through genome sequencing
Hi @gringene_bio - here's a previous thread where we highlighted placing NZ at the centre point of the projection (in response to our friend @sciolato who highlighted similar issue: xitter.cf/MyMicroreact/status/12…
Thank you for flagging @sciolato We had the team work tirelessly to sort out and here you go. This project also shows another new(ish) feature of being able to use emoji's as icons, and also linking directly to a Google Sheet. #OneLessKiwiproblem Aroha! microreact.org/project/5eNVe…

@sciolato - we've not forgotten :-) We are looking into this!
we are chuffed to see @jacindaarden lecturing @ESRNewZealand on SARS-CoV-2 lineages with Microreact ;-)

Hi @typeMAT12 - absolutely, Microreact does not need trees for you to be able to look at your data - simply drag a csv (or link to a gsheet) - if lat/lons present you'll get a map - shout if you need any additional stuff for lineage display as the charting is an easter egg atm!
