So it appears @MoHU_En have now deleted their tweet from yesterday, encouraging feedback and suggestions to improve their service.

I still haven’t heard back from @Hajj_nusuk after they told me they’d “provide the needed clarification” for all the questions I have DM’d them. It’s been over 36 hours. We can’t trust Nusuk to do the right thing just like @MoHU_En who commissioned them.
