Spent the last week speaking to folks who are stressed and panicking about the new Hajj system.
Many who spoke to me said they've tried to book packages and seen £20,000 leave their bank accounts w/ no confirmation of their booking. My latest:

@Hajj_nusuk can you clarify for those who have gone to hajj in the past 5 years are eligible to go this year or not? Will there be a visa issued for such people. Why are there rumors they may not get a visa despite it never being stated on your website. & if that is true…(1/2)

The whole situation of paying the accepting bank fee…that fee which the accepting bank takes & doesn’t give to Nusuk…make sure to pay that amount(yes extra), otherwise…

Just had the worst experience trying to book @Hajj_nusuk. Sold out during payment, no notification, & one card limit for large family. Is this really the vision for Saudia 2030? And $7000+ for economy flight? Proper organization & risk assessments can eliminate these. @MoHU_En

I still haven’t heard back from @Hajj_nusuk after they told me they’d “provide the needed clarification” for all the questions I have DM’d them. It’s been over 36 hours. We can’t trust Nusuk to do the right thing just like @MoHU_En who commissioned them.

I have a suggestion. Why don't you send us a txt if a new packages is out instead of we wake up early 3:00am (11:00am Saudi Time) to refresh pur screen every 5 seconds for hours. Today i woke up at 3:00aM CST -6 (USA) and glued my eye on the screen for 4hrs.
