The election fraud we see today is the election fraud of the past. As soon as it is spotted, it mutates into something else. In the old days, there was ballot stuffing. More recently, inflalated voter rolls, then tabulator fraud, then algorithmically-controlled tabulation and vote reassignment to phantom accounts. Most recently, the capacity poll pads have for creating totally invisible alterations to elections was revealed. The age of AI will be next to impossible to keep up with, if not completely impossible. The problem is less that these methods exist, than that there are people who create and want to use them. Election fraud has this in common with gun violence, the people who use guns to commit crimes are the real issue, not the guns themselves. In America today, too many officials turn a blind eye to fraud, very likely because they are themselves compromised by it. Those people must have their authorities stripped. They should be replaced by honest stewards. That is how the problem of election fraud is solved.

What he said. Another comment was that the toothpaste was out of the tube and that it will be difficult to out it back in and this is true, but not an insurmountable problem for the bad guys. The more toothpaste that's out, the better for us.

These people are purposefully obfuscating the truth. You can not buy any of those items through a federally licensed firearms dealer without filling out a 4473 and having a background check run. If I was to "make" any of those items as a commercial enterprise, they will have to be sold through FFL's. As an individual, I can now install a barrel under 16" on a receiver I own, and I would not have to undergo an additional background check. I already went through a background check when I purchased the receiver. This would be how an individual "makes" an SBR for personal use. I could have bought that same barrel and put it on the same receiver before this was announced without an additional background check, but would have had to use an arm brace rather than a stock on the firearm. I still would have essentially the same firearm. In the case of an SBR, the only difference is the type of stock I can put on the receiver.
🚨 JUST IN: The ATF is allowing silencers, short-barreled rifles, and “sawed-off” shotguns to be bought or made without a background check nationwide, following a Texas judge’s ruling. The agency’s sweeping move dismantles longstanding safeguards and puts lives at risk.

This post is patently false. It intentionally excludes the second page of the document that states said items are considered firearms under the GCA and that all current GCA provisions still apply, ie background checks when buying from an FFL. atf.gov/media/30961/do…

You don't say? I've been cleaning up my desk and I now I have two notices of such breaches, and I think I have three.

Did you miss me? Somehow I didn't think so. Last Tuesday I took a header off of a ladder and significantly broke my right leg. I started at @MaryBowdenMD 's favorite hospital Huguley, but was transferred to Harris Methodist where I was operated on Wednesday morning. As near as I can tell the surgery went well, but this type of break will require me to be weight free on that leg for 3 months. That' a long time. By Thursday evening, I'd had enough of Methodists nonsense and I left AMA. Whoever invented "hospitalists" as a medical specialty should be shot at dawn. I'll be ok but every routine will need to be adjusted, and it will take a couple of weeks to get new processes for doing basic things in place. My wife has delivered the last election work product I'd promised anyone, and I don't think I'll be doing any election watching this year. I do have a project in mind that has a low probability of success, but a high value if it succeeds, but that will take some serious consideration over the next couple of weeks. Now back to your normal grousing about our pitiful government and election system.

I've heard this somewhere before.
That is one good reason for not voting with mailed ballots. All voting should be done in your own home precinct with hand counted paper ballots.

One of the biggest lies in politics is that most billionaires back Republicans. At best they are playing both sides of the street, but overall more of that money goes left than right. It's also nonsense that most corporations float towards conservatism. There's as much woke nonsense coming out of corporate boardrooms as there is from many of these legislatures today. It got there through our educational system. Today, corporatists/globalists seldom start on the shop floor They graduate with MBA's.
In Texas and presumably Georgia, we care about pronouns AND prices. We know that Dems are wrong on both. It was Dems that through the Green New Deal based on the climate hoax and the war on coal and oil & gas plus tens of billions of fraud to their support groups caused prices to go up when they controlled. Those price increases were bigger than the Iran war supply disruptions which will soon be over. The Dems have no believable plan to make prices come down. Senate Dems are also lying when they say that billionaires back the GOP but not them. California billionaires are trying to buy them a Texas Senate seat and keep a Georgia Senate seat.

And, chances are good he used a cheap capacitor hoping for another service call in a year or two. While I'm also unhappy with the current situation in the trades, there is more to the story. You are also paying for drive time, the truck, the materials on the truck, and the time needed to procure and stock those materials. I know people don't like that, but those are all business expenses that have to be compensated, Still, that's a lot. I would have expected a low of $150 to a high of $275 or so including a good capacitor. Probly around $200 I use the smallest outfits I can for this type of work, but some of them are high as a kite too. I just got held up because I was over a barrel. I won't be in that situation again. I now have all the materials I need on hand. Build a relationship with a small two or three truck outfit and network with your neighbors about pricing and quality whenever you can. I hate the Neighbor hood SM platform, but it's actually pretty good for this kind of thing. Let the big companies and those that have been bought out pound sand.
called an HVAC guy to replace a $40 capacitor on my air conditioner. quote came back at $680. i asked him how long the fix takes. he goes: "about 15 minutes." i said: "so I'm paying $2,700 an hour for labor?" he looked around and whispered: "i make $26 an hour. the private equity firm that bought out our family-owned business last year sets mandatory revenue quotas on every service call." then he showed me his tablet. if he doesn't hit $3,000 a day in upsells, he gets written up. the original founder ran that company for 30 years charging $150 a visit and built a great life. now wall street owns local plumbing, electrical, and AC contractors across the country, jacked up prices by 350%, and put working-class technicians on corporate sales commissions. you aren't paying for skilled trade labor anymore. you're funding a hedge fund's profit margin on basic home maintenance.

And that Constitution makes no mention of any party.
We have 1 Constitution and 2 parties. But instead of each following the rules with different goals, they both ignore the rules and have the same goal: to rob us.

If I "have no expectation of privacy", neither does Flock.
Flock Safety has issued a legal demand seeking the removal of a public map showing the locations of approximately 300,000 of its surveillance devices across the United States.

This is the crux of the issue. The fact its that AI will be trusted and deferred to in nearly every walk of life. We are already seeing it. Technology is neither good nor evil, it is neither lazy nor industrious, but like money, it will amplify the character of the person(s) controlling it.
This was in most of the 1960s IBM training manuals. It stands today as it stood in the mainframe era. Replace computer with AI and this is the state of things.

This person is supposedly well educated. there are a few verses that are not considered here.
Episcopal priestess says Mary assigned Jesus male at birth, but he was trans. And when he was resurrected, he came back as His true, transgender self.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Before his birth, during his life, & after Jesus rose, he was always referred to as a male. Gabriel tells Mary she will bear a son & to name him Jesus (Luke 1:31–32). Woman, behold your son (John 19:26) He said to them… as he was teaching… (John 20). catholic.com/magazine/onlin…

This should never happen.
I shared this story back when Ms. Isaacs was released this spring but it's finally getting the attention it should get now that she's publicly testified about it. Ms. Isaacs was driving a *BLACK* Durango that was pinnged on a Flock camera near the scene of a fatal hit and run. When police arrived on the scene of the fatal hit and run in April, literally every witness at the scene stated the criminal responsible was driving a *MAROON* Durango and the vehicle had obvious damage to the front of the vehicle at the time she fled. Instead of doing a normal police investigation "the old fashioned way" - i.e. taking witness statements, looking for a damaged vehicle matching the description at auto body shops, etc... the police just did a search the database of nearby Flock camera images and saw that Ms. Isaacs *BLACK* Durango (literally the police photo of the in tact vehicle shown in inset) was in the area at the time. They then went to her home, saw her non damaged vehicle, and arrested her. They did zero investigation into the alleged deadly hit and run outside of searching the database and finding a "similar" vehicle. I hope Ms. Isaacs sues and bankrupts everyone involved. The police, county, Flock, the prison, etc... This should NEVER happen in America. Institutional laziness and reliance on flawed technology is not an acceptable way to conduct law enforcement investigations that strip EVERY civil right from an American citizen for literally no valid reason. Oppose the unconstitutional digital police state accordingly... #CivilRights #PoliceState #crime #decay #cops #gulag #4thAmendment #CarpenterVsUS #police #FailedState

I'm pretty concerned about what AI ill do to society, but I'm more concerned about yet another government department.
The bill, provided first to The Associated Press, would also pause advanced AI development until guidelines are implemented while creating the Department of Artificial Intelligence. Multiple employees at leading AI companies are endorsing the bill. denverpost.com/2026/09/23/be…

This man is an idiot. He is actively advocating for the dumbing down of humanity. There isn't a day of my life that I don't use basic math many times a day. I don't have time to query some damn computer at to what is half of 27&3/8" or any of the possibly hundreds of other problems that I encounter. I am rarely out of reach of a tape measure or a caliper. Some of my calipers are digital and I worry that that is to much tech. People need to think and solve problems. It is a basic part of humanity. We are going to create a society of idiots who can't do anything but rely on a computer for the most basic of tasks. What's worse is some people seem to find that idea attractive.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang questions whether some of the learning fundamentals are still relevant “Basic math is being forgotten. Does it matter? I don't think it does.”
